Handicap -7.5 : +7.5
Well, I just came accross this offer and believe that this line is too much, no what the results.
To be honest, after last week results, I said to my self that I would not probably take a bet in this game, but now I believe we should take this one.
Of course Cholet is a strong home team, and basically we can expect them to wake up after being trashed by Roanne. But I'm still doubtfull wether they are ready or not. They lost two important players Tchicamboud and Dobbins, and things have not been the same then, since now, opponents can focus more on Nando De Colo, who has a new status after being named french MVP and promoted to National team. The team can't give too much responsabilities to Beaubois, who is still a prospect and when Marquis is underperforming, Cholet becomes too poor under the rim.
On the other side, we have a renewed team, Gravelines who appointed Le Havre's coach, and I have to say that I rate them very high and capable of making a breakthrough. The team is very complete, well balanced and talentuous. Last week blow out of Dijon + preseason have showed that the team is more ready than Cholet is. Gravelines depth is really impressive, especially at the back courts positions with Bokolo/Stanley/Skinn/Edwards and I'm sure that those athletic guys can contain De Colo to a lower perf. Under the basket they have enough people to deal with Cholet as Akpomedah will surely want to make a good game in front of former crowd and friend Marquis.
All in all an interesting game, with a team that has to bounce back against a contender. Even though Cholet has a competitive starting five, I believe that there are more qualities/Depth in Gravelines, as well as some advantageous match ups. Anyway +7,5 is too much and recommend to take with a medium stake
