Bilbao is the most underish teamm of ACB (7 out of 7) and at the same time Real has shown that against defensive teams, they can follow their rhythm (CSKA, Unicaja, etc.) and games went in a very hard slow pace with long offensive plays and cautious passing game, many shots were taken after the 20 secs. I think circumstances here favor this kind pf play, Lewis will be out for the visitors and that's a blow for their offensive performance and after almost shocking loss by Milano, Real will be determined to show something out of it, starting from strong defending. Bilbao isn't a team afterall that will open the game even if they anticipate they can get benefit from such a change.
