I'm gonna bite on Cibona as well, as I definitely see an underestimation of Croatian side. Barca is playing very well, it's true, and Cibona got thrashed by Siena losing by 45 points at their own court which was quite shocking. But, I'll take that as just an awful day, they had 27 turnovers, nothing went their way and they simply quit in the second half. In other games this season they played rather well, they're the only unbeaten team in Adriatic league so far even beating Partizan in Belgrade in second round easily. They have some injuries today, Tomas and Bagaric are questionable, but especially the latter should make it. Coming from +5 at home vs Siena to +25.5 away in Barca in a week time is a huge change of rating of Cibona, I don't think it's true, they're a decent team which is not so much weaker than Barcelona.
