Barons is at 5th place (5-7) in BBL while ASK is 3rd (8-3). In my eyes these teams are almost equal when they are at full roster. Ok maybe ASK is better, cause they have better coach and maybe a bit better players. But today situation is quite different. Barons for this game is at full strenght. They have signed Sirsnins (PG) and Nagys (PF, C) and now they have quite deep bench. ASK on the other side have big problems for this game. They will be without their captain Valters who still remains sidelined with knee injury and also Jahovics (usuualy comes from the bench but is very inportant in rotiation, very good at defencive end) and Sanders (starting PF) wont play against Barons. I think these missings are very big blow for ASK. Both teams won their eurocups games this week. It was a rare win for ASK as in last month they have strugled a bit while Barons keep their good form. I see this as a clear value bet, as right now, Barons is at better form and have better players available for this game. Motivation will be no problem for either sode in this game as these games between ASK and Barons is always very close, even when ASK had better situation it was hard for them to beat Barons, but now I see Barons as favourite in this game. So that's why I'm taking Barons with odds over even.
