VEF is at first place in BBL 2nd division (10-4), while Liepāja is at 6th (8-6). Liepaja has good run in BBL in last weeks winning 3 of 4 games, VEF has won two in a row against week teams but before that they lost three in a row. In last games VEF played without two big players and most probably at least one of them will not play also today. After very good start of the season things have changed now and atmosfere in team isn't so good any more. Liepaja is at full roster and has also signed new american center player but he will not play so much in this game. I realy see no reason why VEF is favourites in this game, I even think that Liepaja should be. They are in better form, has full roster, their players has much more experience than Vef and also every game for Liepaja is very important if they want to get one of two first places in BBL 2nd div. I'm thaking plus points here and Liepāja with great odds.
